the pools are fantastic especially for kids there is also a splash pad. palm garden rooms offer a lot of space perfect for families. the shuttle bus goes to other hotels giving you access to more restaurants and facilities. i found the resort atmosphere great for a quick vacation.

buggy service can be slow at times i waited longer than expected once.

slow buggy serviceroom temperature

I found the buggy service to be quite slow. Waits of up to 20 minutes were common. This was frustrating, especially with young children. one evening, the air conditioning in our room malfunctioned, and it took maintenance over an hour to resolve. The room became uncomfortably warm. I hoped for quicker responses, considering this is a supposed five-star hotel.

The staff was very kind and eager to help! the indian restaurant had amazing food. i met many nice people . the children loved the kid club and stables. They got to ride and had great fun with it.

the hotel has multiple entertainment options. i noticed a private beach and multiple pools. there is also a kids splash park. buggy rides are available for transport around the resort.

Restaurant options are great, and the hotel offers nice views! the rooms are cleaned often. personnel is very friendly. I even got a free upgrade from a garden view to a beach view, quite nice. peacocks roam the hotel area.
